At home we quite like the crêpes, and we little by little we have been adapting the recipes to our needs.
With time we have found the recipe for a tasty dough that we like for both, sweet and salty crêpes.
Recipe of club wheat crêpes
- 1 cup of club wheat flour
- 1 cup of oat milk
- 2 soup spoons of olive oil
- 1 soup spoon of rice syrup (optional for salty crêpes)
- 1 pinch of salt
Preparation if very easy, we put all the ingredients on a bowl and mix with a food processor. After 30 minutes of rest the dough is ready to be cooked. I use a hot pan with some olive oil.
Now you just have to fill them, we like experimenting on the fillings and never eat two similar ones, except for the chocolate one that is a classical and that we fill with our homemade chocolate.
